Terms and Conditions


  1. The Pink Shirt Day 2020 Survey prize is open to residents of New Zealand. 
  2. To be eligible, you must complete one of the Pink Shirt Day surveys by 5pm, Friday 30 October 2020. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 
  3. A completed survey that is submitted will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
  4. Winners will be chosen by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by 5pm, Friday 6 November. All decisions are final.
  5. Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prize.
  6. The prize winner will be notified via email and contacted by an MHF staff member.
  7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  8. The winners may be required for promotional activity. 
  9. If the prize winner does not provide MHF staff with shipping details before Friday 13 November 2020, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw.
  10. The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered, or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of the events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF. 
  11. The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the Pink Shirt Day 2020 Survey competition or accepting of a prize. The MHF further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s technical devices (ex. a number of devices including computer and phones) relating to or resulting from participation in the Pink Shirt Day 2020 Survey competition.  
  12. The MHF shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of competition.
